Ivan was born and raised in Bulgaria. He obtained his bachelors degree in history from the University of Georgia, where he graduated cum laude, and his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Prior to forming Ivanov & Wolf, PLLC, Ivan spent seven years as a litigation attorney in one of the largest real estate law firms in the state of Florida, where he  represented the interests of some the nation's largest mortgage lenders.

​

Today, Ivan focuses his practice on representing individual clients, small lenders and real estate investors in all aspects of real estate law, including foreclosure defense and prosecution, evictions, and title curative claims. 

​

In his spare time, Ivan enjoys kayak fishing and cheering on his favorite football club, FC Liverpool.
