Richard Brightman

Freelance Paralegal/ Realtor 

Richard, a Tampa native, has worked in the legal field for over a decade assisting real estate investors and attorneys in a wide range of real estate related areas including short sales, probate, landlord tenant actions, and real estate closings.

Richard is also a real estate agent, and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Richard is the Team Leader of The Team Brightman which hangs its license with Florida Real Estate Agency.

Both Richard and his wife love Florida and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. They have spent their entire lives visiting its beaches, springs, sporting events, and countless other activities the Sunshine State has to offer.
